*K-theory of the leaf space*, Section 11BA. QPS.1–QPS.19. The completed positive-evaluation operator has matched oscillator scales, explicit A-valued graph domain, compact localized resolvents and continuous genuine arrow graph maps. Four exact paired-block tests, four finite square-boundary tests and a mismatched-scale test are rational. The finite index is zero; the whole-base infinite calibration is proved in the lesson. A module-norm example retains the sum before its norm. The normal B-source lift and physical graph sum require additional proofs.

Use Python 3.13.9 and Pillow 12.2.0. Run `python -B draw_quantum_positive_shift.py --output-dir out`; `--resources` selects the adjacent labelled-geometric-kernel resources if relocated. Compare PNG/SVG with ../../figures/ and QUANTUM-POSITIVE-SHIFT-CHECKS.json with this folder. The SVG embeds the unchanged font and complete notice. No private files are read.
