# Intrinsic normal jets and the compact-frame quotient

*K-theory of the leaf space*, Section 11AI, constructs the actual enlarged vector-jet spectrum, its faithful Gram field and dense closable covariant metric normal connection, then the original-unit compact-frame quotient. A selected invariant compact weight descends with its localized compact inverse. Its normal derivative estimates and the physical graph operator remain unproved.

Use Python 3.13.9 and Pillow 12.2.0. The unchanged font, complete font notice, CC0 dedication and Python/Pillow notices are in the adjacent labelled-geometric-kernel resources. Run `python -B draw_compact_quotient.py --output-dir out`; `--resources` may select another copy of those public resources. Compare the PNG/SVG with `../../figures/` and QUOTIENT-FIGURE-CHECKS.json with this folder. No private inputs are read.

The exact toy has K=S1, P=S1 over one point and a trivial complexified one-dimensional field with weight 2. The quotient inverse has rank one and norm 1/2. The different Haar field has one inverse eigenvalue 1/2 on every Fourier mode, so its inverse is noncompact by the complete infinite sequence proof in FD.7. The three rational toy checks verify the inverse equation, positivity and squared image norms; they do not establish the general quotient theorem or Fourier orthogonality. Circle coordinates are 513 numerical samples of u(theta)=(cos(theta),sin(theta)), with marker theta=pi/3. For the real infinite sequence use sqrt(2)cos(nu), n>=1.
